Puff Pizzas

The bargain bin - definately the best isle in the supermarket. After work we popped to Waitrose, lay and behold, a fennel bulb for 16p; was a must-have straight away. So after we got home we got out our recipe books and tried to find something to do with it!

Out came the; puff pastry, goat's cheese, balsamic vinegar glaze and rocket. Combined together it makes a really quick and simple "fennel and goat's cheese puff pizza". Total cost; 16p fennel, 99p rocket, £1.50 goat's cheese, 99p puff pastry = £3.64

Why not try it with red onion/ pesto!
