Warm Chestnut Salad

we just wanted something fresh, quick and fuss free a few nights ago and came up with this spontaneous salad! I'd raided the waitrose bakery at 8pm and found some italian durum wheat bread (10p), mixed together with some warmed chestnuts and salad leaves I found in the fridge. We toasted the bread and topped the salad with balsamic vinegar drizzle ... 

...perfection.
