What to do with a GIANT Courgette...

... it has to be Chocolate and Courgette cake of course! After coming across some rather gianormous courgettes from a friend I set out to find some recipes to put this impressive veg to use! Although this sounds green and disgusting it actually has to be up there in one of my favourite cakes. The courgette is very subtle (similar to the carrot in carrot cake) but makes it perfectly moist...
